Responsibilities

• Be part of strategy sessions 
• From Brief to Campaign, defining the insight, idea, and platform specific narrative.
• Develop creative frameworks tailored to how audiences actually use each platform
• Understand use of analytic tools to extract audience insights, spot trends, and inform creative direction.
• Present and defend ideas
• Present strategy with clarity, conviction, and an ability to connect creative decisions to business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2-4years in strategy, & creative planning.
• Strong brief-writing and client presentation skills
• Strong cultural knowledge about different cultures.
• Experience leading creator or influencer- led campaigns.
• Proven ability to connect creative decisions to measurable outcomes.
