Job Description

• Thinking creatively to generate visuals that connect with our audience
• Generate and develop new ideas that align with the client’s needs
• Working with different mediums and identifying the best option for each project
• Working on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign
• Coordinating with other creatives for necessary elements
• Work with the marketing team to develop effective strategies that drive sales and reach a wider audience
• Play a key role in shaping the brand's image and creating memorable experiences

Requirements

• Strong creative skills and a desire to produce attention-grabbing, effective visuals with regularity
• Have a base knowledge behind a “user experience” that impacts a user’s time spent on a website
• Previous experience in a creative role and a proven track record of successful design projects
• Strong proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, CorelDRAW) and ability to create visually appealing designs
• Strong skills and experience in team management, collaboration, and motivation
• Effective communication ability to convey ideas, listen to feedback, and present concepts
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, printing techniques, and have a good understanding of branding and marketing.
