Creative Communications Associate at Avetium Consult Limited

The Creative Communications Associate will support the Digital Communications team in creating engaging visual, multimedia, and digital content that enhances the organization\'s internal and external communication efforts. The role provides practical experience in corporate communications while contributing to employee engagement, culture-building, leadership communications, employer branding, and strategic communication initiatives through compelling storytelling and creative content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual and multimedia content for digital and print communication. 
• Design graphics for social media, presentations, newsletters, reports, and campaigns. 
• Produce and edit videos, photography, and motion graphics. 
• Support employee engagement, leadership communications, and branding initiatives. 
• Maintain brand consistency across communication channels. 
• Collaborate with teams to deliver creative communication projects. 
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enabled tools to develop high-quality content.  
• Manage digital creative assets and support event coverage through photography and videography. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field. 
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital communications, multimedia production, or content creation. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enabled creative tools. 
• Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, visual storytelling, and PowerPoint. 
• Excellent communication, creativity, organization, teamwork, and time management skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to emerging creative technologies.
