Job Description

• We are currently seeking a Cost/Schedule/Controls Engineer to join our team in Nigeria.
• The successful candidate will support cost estimate preparation, project scheduling, cost controls, quality assurance reviews, and project reporting activities across various project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cost estimate preparation and quality assurance reviews.
• Prepare Check Estimates and Schedules for comparison with operator-prepared submissions.
• Participate in project cost and schedule assessments.
• Maintain change control and cost reports.
• Work closely with project estimators, planners, schedulers, and Client accounting teams.
• Coordinate and compile monthly progress reports.
• Collaborate with the Client’s Project Manager and team leads on accounting and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to improvements in estimating processes, efficiency tools, and quality assurance practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in a closely related position.
• Advanced proficiency in Cost Estimating, Project Planning, and Project Controls.
• Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to organize, plan, control, coordinate, and manage cross-functional activities.
• Ability to negotiate and develop effective solutions among internal stakeholders.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required.
