• We’re looking for a Cost Control Support professional to join our dynamic Finance Team.
• You will play a critical role in managing shipping cost accuracy, compliance, reporting, and financial control to support global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and validate costs against applicable tariffs; report discrepancies.
• Accurately report shipping cost data to HQ in a timely manner.
• Reconcile intercompany and vendor accounts, and perform cost substantiation per vessel.
• Support monthly financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
• Maintain ERP records, post invoices, and contribute to audit processes.
• Prevent fund leakages and ensure full alignment with financial policies.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, cost control, or treasury.
• ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP, MS Dynamics, SAGE preferred).
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience in the shipping or maritime industry is a plus.
