    Corporate Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    • As a Corporate Sales Manager at our health insurance company, you will lead corporate sales efforts, driving growth and expanding our client base.
    • Your role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering relationships with key corporate clients, and promoting our health insurance products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
    • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients, understanding their health insurance needs.
    • Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific requirements of corporate partners.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to corporate clients.
    • Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of our health insurance products.
    • Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure agreements that align with mutual interests.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to finalize contracts.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years proven experience in corporate sales within the health insurance industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of health insurance products and industry dynamics.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
