Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on wide range of matters, including corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
- Stay updated on corporate regulations.
- Reviewing and drafting of corporate documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Represent the Company in legal proceedings.
Requirements
- Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law is a must.
- Strong analytical, negotiations and communication skill.
- Absolute command of Microsoft office applications.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
