    Corporate Finance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage monthly financial forecast to ensure it accurately predicts business performance
    • Manage and coordinate annual budgets and long-range plans
    • Supervise the monthly financial close process
    • Oversee monthly expense reviews with department heads to ensure financial targets are being achieved
    • Building and maintaining the company’s long-term financial model
    • Preparing Liquidity & Credit Analysis
    • Merger and Synergy Analysis
    • Intrinsic and Relative Valuation
    • Shareholder Returns Analysis
    • Advise on how to meet targets and create investment capital
    • Provide investment advice, tactics, and recommendations
    • Generating finance from shares and loans
    • Adeptth in financial modeling to predict business outcomes
    • Support in targeting and winning business
    • Negotiate and structure financial details
    • Liaise with all parties involved in transactions and assist with negotiations
    • Assess and predict financial risks and returns
    • Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts and regulatory bodies
    • Contribute to competitive bid proposals and formal presentations
    • Monitor and analyze financial data and produce financial reports or statements
    • Establish and enforce proper financial methods, policies and principles
    • Make regular reports to the governing body on income, expenditure and any variations from budgets.
    • Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met.
    • Prepare and draft the organisation’s financial reports (quarterly/bi-annually/annually).
    • Maintain appropriate relations with funders/investors and make reports as necessary, ensuring compliance with any contracts.
    • Liaise with the consultants/auditors on taxes and taxation
    • Must have backgroungs in Telecoms
