Summary of Responsibilities

• The corporate driver will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for executives, staff, and official guests of an organization
• Your duties include operating and maintaining company vehicles in good condition, ensuring compliance with traffic laws, and adhering to safety regulations at all times.
• You will also be tasked with planning routes, monitoring traffic situations, and making necessary adjustments to avoid delays, thereby ensuring punctuality for all official appointments and engagements.
• In addition to driving, you are expected to carry out basic vehicle inspections, schedule routine servicing, and promptly report any mechanical issues for repairs.
• You may also assist with errands such as delivering important documents, airport pickups, and coordinating logistics for corporate functions. Professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as the role often requires close interaction with senior executives and stakeholders while upholding the company’s image.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE or equivalent).
• Additional vocational or technical training in driving and automobile maintenance is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for company vehicles).
• Defensive driving certification is a plus.

Experience Level:

• At least 2 - 4 years of proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
• Demonstrated record of safe driving with no major accidents or violations.
• Experience handling executive transportation, VIP guests, or working in organizations where confidentiality and discretion are critical.

Skills Required:

• Excellent driving skills with a strong knowledge of traffic regulations and road safety.
• Good navigation and route planning abilities, including familiarity with GPS and map-reading.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with executives and guests.
