We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Core Operations Officer with strong expertise in Loan Disk platform usage to lead and support the optimization of our lending and savings operations.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in migrating all legacy and upcoming transactions into Loan Disk, ensuring smooth system integration, and enhancing the platform for High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) investment management and overall financial operations efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the migration of all legacy and ongoing transactions into the LoanDisk platform.
Configure, manage, and optimize LoanDisk for lending, savings, and HNI investment operations.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all migrated and new transactions.
Collaborate with product, finance, and tech teams to streamline workflows and integrations.
Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and controls within Loan Disk.
Support compliance and risk management by embedding audit-ready processes in operations.
Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on LoanDisk usage and best practices.
Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, reporting, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in operations within lending, savings, or fintech environments.
Proven expertise with the LoanDisk platform (configuration, reporting, optimization, and troubleshooting).
Strong knowledge of lending operations, savings products, and HNI/wealth management processes.
Experience in system migration or implementation projects with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Solid background in financial operations, transaction reconciliation, and reporting.
Understanding of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements in financial services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
High proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and financial reporting tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to train, support, and influence cross-functional teams.
