Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc. or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, or related fields (for technical contractors).
• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in construction, maintenance, or related contracting work.
• Must possess relevant certifications, licenses, or trade qualifications in their area of specialization (e.g., masonry, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.).
• Demonstrated knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and project execution procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must own or have access to basic tools and equipment required for their trade.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
