Key Focus Areas

• Strategy Development: Translate project objectives into actionable contracting and materials management strategies.
• Contract Planning & Administration: Lead bid evaluations, awards, and high-stakes contract negotiations with precision.
• Mentorship & Capability Building: Support the growth of SMEs, EPC specialists, and Contract Engineers through structured training and coaching.
• External Engagement: Strengthen partnerships with contractors and affiliates, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive optimization of contracting processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or related field) with 10+ years’ experience in deepwater drilling, completion, and workover contract administration.
• Strong background in Procurement, Contract Management, and Commercial Negotiation.
• Proven leadership in major project environments, preferably with Owner/Operator experience.
• Readiness for business travel or relocation to project sites.
