Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled contract manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contract administration and project cost control within our organization.
• The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise from the oil & gas industry, demonstrating strong analytical abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and a proven track record of delivering cost-effective, compliant, and timely contract outcomes.
• This role requires a proactive professional capable of driving procurement excellence, ensuring contractual integrity, and supporting the business in achieving its strategic targets across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Contract Administration and Management
• Provides Cost estimation on prospective projects
• Responsible for Project Planning and Cost Control on all company’s Project
• Provides detailed work schedule with daily and weekly cost controls tools for all company project
• Provides guidelines for meeting the departmental objectives
• Participates in site inspection visits and pre-bid/tender clarification meetings.
• Ensures the corporate business targets are achieved at all times
• Manages stakeholders on the Company Projects
• Interfaces with the client on all contract issues and also responds to all queries
• Co-ordinates all tendering and bidding activities of the company and ensure timely submission of bids
• Responsible for preparation, thorough packaging and submission of tenders and pre-qualification (technical tender, unpriced commercial tender and commercial tender)
• In charge of Drafting contracts and engagement documents for Subcontractors & Vendors
• Ensure that vendors/subcontractors meet the contractual agreement specified within their contracts.
• Responsible for reviewing all company’s contract document in line with applicable contract laws and requirements
• Advises Management on all contract-related concerns.
• Manages project resources for cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Qualification—BSc in Quantity Surveying + professional qualification.
• Experience—10 years and above in similar role in the oil & Gas industry.
• Age—Not more than 45 years.
• Gender—Male.
