Role Description

• This full-time Contract Manager role is based on-site in Lagos.
• The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to the company's projects. Day-to-day tasks include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements.
• The role entails close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• The Contract Manager will also monitor contract performance and manage any arising issues or disputes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Knowledge of contract compliance and performance management
• 4-6 years experience in Contact acquisition and bid submission is a must
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, license and statutory renewal
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder communication
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in project Management,, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM) would be beneficial
• Proximity to location is an added advantage
