Lead the successful execution of the signed contract for Greenfield projects (added advantage)
Ensure the contracts are delivered on time and within budget
Review, negotiate and finalize terms of the Contract with Suppliers or Contractors and take initiative to administer the Contracts through their life cycle
Work closely with the Project Management group and provide Commercial and Risk support to ensure the successful delivery of the contracts
Contracts Change Order management with Contractors post-agreement
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of Commercial and Legal aspects of Mega Contracts > 500 mil USD to 2Bn USD for Power Plant Projects. (Mechanical and E&I discipline)
