    Content Specialist

    Job Summary

    • Zeta Brent Education is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead its digital content and online presence.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation across key platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
    • This role requires a strong balance of content creation, video editing, storytelling, and performance tracking.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with business goals
    • Create and edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikTok)
    • Transform raw footage into engaging, story-driven content
    • Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
    • Write compelling captions and messaging consistent with brand voice
    • Monitor social media trends and adapt them to the education niche
    • Manage audience engagement including comments and direct messages
    • Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics
    • Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
    • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
    • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
    • Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
    • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and high-performing content
    • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
    • Knowledge of social media analytics tools
    • Experience running paid social media campaigns

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Growth in followers and engagement rate
    • Consistency and quality of content output
    • Increase in qualified leads generated through social media
    • Performance of content (views, shares, saves, conversions)
