Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging graphic designs for digital and print media.
• Create compelling social media content including images, videos, reels, and animations.
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Capture and edit photographs and videos for marketing and brand communication.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop creative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, digital marketing tools, and social media best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design software.
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
