Content Creator at 10Alytics

Role Summary

• 10Alytics is looking for an Influencer Lifestyle Content Creator to become a recognizable face and voice for our brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This is a different mandate from our career-conversion content: it's lifestyle-style storytelling — day-in-the-life, culture, and personality-led content that builds genuine audience trust and grows our following independent of any single campaign. You'll own your own content calendar and creative direction, working closely with the Marketing & Sales team to keep it aligned with 10Alytics' voice without losing what makes it yours.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and publish consistent lifestyle-style content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube that grows 10Alytics' following and brand recognition.
• Develop a distinct on-camera personality and voice that makes 10Alytics instantly recognizable across platforms.
• Partner with the Marketing & Sales team to align content themes with major campaigns and launches, without losing creative independence.
• Track and report on content performance — views, engagement, and follower growth — and adjust format and tone based on what resonates.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, adapting content before trends peak.
• Build and maintain a content calendar that keeps output consistent, not campaign-dependent.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating and publishing original content as a content creator, influencer, or similar on-camera role.
• Demonstrated experience building and growing an audience across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube, with real, verifiable metrics.
• Comfortable on camera, with your own established style, voice, or personal brand.
• No visa or work-authorization restriction, given the fully remote nature of this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content in the education, career-development, or tech space.
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).

Success Measures

• Consistent publishing cadence across all four platforms, met month over month.
• Steady follower and audience growth across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Healthy engagement rate — likes, comments, shares, saves — relative to platform benchmarks, not just raw view counts.
• Growing reach and impressions that extend 10Alytics' visibility beyond its existing audience.
