Content Coordinator (ANCC Nurse Planner) at Cavista

Axxess is a forward-thinking and globally connected organization dedicated to innovation, excellence, and impact in healthcare. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and strategic ANCC Global Planner to support educational, regulatory, and administrative activities related to ANCC requirements.

• This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance, quality improvement, and accuracy in the continuing education and documentation process. They will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to plan learning objectives and implement effective learning strategies that align with ANCC standards.
• The ideal candidate is a registered nurse (RN) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, advanced project management abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience supervising direct reports is a plus. A degree in nursing is required.

• Strengthen the overall value of Training & Certification.

• Ensure we can continue to produce rapid, compliant ANCC courses that meet all documentation requirements.

What you bring…

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Experience with teaching
• Aptitude for learning new technologies; supported by solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understand the foundations of adult learning and the use of learning design models such as ADDIE.
• Ability to work well with a variety of people with varying technical skill sets
• Ability to leverage experience to deliver reliable and repeatable tests
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
