Construction Superintendent III at Kimeric Nigeria Limited

Job Description

• We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent III to plan, coordinate, and control day-to-day field operations for assigned crafts and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and review of submittals, RFIs, and RFCs, providing recommendations on suitability.
• Review contractor health and safety plans, traffic control, and erosion control measures.
• Verify quantities for payment.
• Identify construction non-conformance issues and assist in developing potential resolutions.
• Serve as the lead Company representative at designated project sub-sites when required.
• Provide construction core competency expertise as assigned.
• Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with contractors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction planning, execution, and project completion.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites.
• Previous Construction Superintendent experience on major capital projects.
• Familiarity with Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent service to clients.
