• As a Construction Foreman (m/f/x) you manage structural shell construction projects in the building sector. By coordinating teams and subcontractors, ensuring top quality on site, and organizing all activities, you play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation to every construction project.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage structural shell construction projects in the building sector
• Participate actively in work preparation and planning
• Coordinate your teams as well as subcontractors for efficient workflow
• Monitor quality on site and ensure all processes run efficiently
• Organize and document all activities on the construction site

Job requirements

What skills must you have?

• Completed training as a foreman, master craftsman, or construction technician
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the implementation of complex building construction projects
• Comprehensive technical understanding of structural work, formwork and reinforcement
• Communication skills
• Hands on mentality
• MS Office skills
• Englisch language skills (B2/C1)
