Construction Equipment Technician at Nine Stars Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to repair construction Machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.
• Ensure all construction equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and equipment failure.
• Keep records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Work closely with operators to identify and resolve equipment performance issues.
• Follow safety regulations and industry standards in equipment servicing.
• Assist in sourcing spare parts and coordinating with suppliers.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on construction machinery.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, power tools, and repair equipment.
• Experience with brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, or JCB is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor construction environments under varying conditions.
