Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze construction project data, including costs, schedules, and workforce productivity.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to track project performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and inefficiencies in construction operations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry, tracking, and reporting in construction management systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve data collection processes.
• Conduct market research on construction materials, labor costs, and industry trends.
• Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning in construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar software).
• Strong knowledge of construction project management and cost estimation.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, AutoCAD) is a plus.
