A reputable organization on Lagos Island is seeking a highly organized and discreet Confidential Secretary to provide administrative and executive support.
The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to management
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and electronic)
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of management
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Confidential Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Must reside within or close to Lagos Island (preferred).
