Concrete Boom Pump Operator at Trucrete Solutions Limited

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Boom Pump Operator to join our dynamic project team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining boom pump equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and timely concrete placement on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete boom pump machinery in accordance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Position boom and outriggers properly to deliver concrete to specified locations.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and report faults as needed.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and laborers to coordinate pump operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of the equipment.
• Maintain daily logs and reports on pump usage and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience operating concrete boom pumps in a construction environment.
• Valid operator's license or certification relevant to the equipment type.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and pump layout plans.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety standards.
• Physically fit, with excellent coordination and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical training in heavy equipment or pump operations is an advantage.
• Experience working in large-scale civil or industrial construction projects.
• Familiarity with multiple boom pump brands and models (e.g., Putzmeister, Schwing)
