Computer Laboratory Manager at New Hall International School

Role Description

• This is a part-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Computer Laboratory Manager. The Computer Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT lab, maintaining hardware and software, ensuring the functionality and security of systems, and supporting teaching staff and students during computer-based lessons. Additional responsibilities include providing technical training, managing inventory of lab equipment, and ensuring the IT lab is a conducive learning space aligned with the school's goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Information Technology, including familiarity with modern IT systems and tools
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for both students and staff on IT systems and processes
• Experience in System Administration and Computer Hardware maintenance
• Strong Research skills to stay updated with developments in ICT tools and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in an educational environment is advantageous
