Computer Hardware & Network Technician at First Rivers Hospital Limited

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage hospital network systems, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, and hardware issues promptly.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and reliable network performance.
• Assist with the integration of medical technology and hospital management software.
• Provide technical support to staff and conduct basic IT training when necessary.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hardware maintenance and networking.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, network configurations, and basic server management.
• Familiarity with hospital/healthcare IT systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
