Compression Operator at Aquatix Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and experienced Compression Operator to join our pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in tablet compression.
• Practical experience operating tablet compression machines.
• Knowledge of tablet weight control, hardness, thickness, and friability requirements.
• Understanding of in-process quality control during tablet compression.
• Ability to follow SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Ability to complete batch manufacturing records and equipment cleaning documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tablet compression machines according to approved procedures.
• Ensure tablets meet specified in-process quality requirements.
• Monitor tablet weight, hardness, thickness, appearance, and other applicable parameters.
• Perform routine machine checks and report abnormalities promptly.
• Maintain proper equipment cleaning and line clearance.
• Complete production records accurately and comply with GMP requirements.
