Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Compression Machine Operator to operate and maintain tablet compression machines in a pharmaceutical production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, running, and troubleshooting compression machines to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor tablet compression machines according to production schedules.
• Set up machines with correct tooling and parameters before each batch.
• Perform routine checks to ensure tablets meet quality and weight specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate production and machine maintenance records.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure optimal machine performance.

Requirements:

• OND or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience operating tablet compression machines in a pharmaceutical company.
• Strong understanding of machine calibration, tooling, and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and basic safety standards.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
