Compliance Sales Lead at DMS Automations Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to NAFDAC regulations and other relevant industry standards.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies that align with business goals.
• Identify potential regulatory risks and proactively implement mitigation measures.
• Act as the technical subject-matter expert, addressing compliance and sales-related inquiries.
• Lead technical sales efforts, providing tailored industrial solutions to clients.
• Implement automation and analytics-driven approaches for process optimization.
• Provide technical support and manage escalations effectively.
• Engage with senior management on compliance, sales performance, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical sales, regulatory compliance, or industrial engineering within Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, or Pharmaceutical and Packaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biological, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field (Strict Requirement).
• Strong background in technical sales and engineering services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with NAFDAC compliance and safety regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos Mainland.
