Compliance Officer at People Capacity Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate policies to employees and provide training to ensure understanding and adherence
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance vulnerability.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.
• 5 – 7 years proven experience in compliance
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
