Job Summary:

• The successful candidate will track regulatory changes, maintain healthy relationships with regulators, and cultivate a culture of self-development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a compliance-driven organization
• Track regulatory changes and assess their impact on the Group
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns across the Group
• Foster positive relationships with regulators
• Enhance business processes and service delivery
• Conduct daily KYC checks and due diligence on clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience as a Compliance Officer in a financial services firm
• Completed NYSC
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and operations
• Leadership and influencing abilities
• High integrity, accountability, and dependability
