Job Description

• As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all company policies, procedures, and operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to identify risks, implement compliance programs, and uphold industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s compliance programs.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, including NAFDAC, FDA, and other health authorities.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary adjustments.
• Train employees on compliance policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to handle compliance-related issues.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for regulatory reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct audits and risk assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
