• Ensure compliance with Internal and External policies.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation.
• Monitoring and Reporting.
• Stay up to date regulatory circulars.
• Advisory on regulatory matters.
• Investigation and Remediation.
• Compliance program development and Implementation.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Watchlist and restricted list management.
• Regulatory change monitoring.

Requirements

• HND/BSC in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal Control preferably in the Microfinance sector.
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements.
• High level of Integrity and confidentiality.
