Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer at Cirvee Academy in Ibadan. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the company’s adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Conducting internal audits and risk assessments.
• Providing guidance and support on compliance matters to ensure all operations align with industry standards.
• Monitoring financial activities to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.

• Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication Skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in compliance or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
