• They also follow routes and time schedules as set by the management, ensuring goods reach clients or destinations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Transporting company staff and packages in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel-time and locations traveled to.
• Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks and arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
• Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
• Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal routes.
• Interacting with clients professionally at all times.
• Ensuring that the vehicle is always clean and in good working condition.
• Perform daily checks of their vehicles to ensure that it is mechanically sound and any maintenance requirements are communicated to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience as a Company Driver or relevant role.
• A clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps.
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage.
• A polite and professional disposition.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
