Responsibilities

• Manage our WhatsApp communities of virtual sales agents
• Track and follow up on agents’ sales progress
• Keep agents engaged, motivated & informed
• Share updates, listings & announcements in the groups
• Resolve agent questions or escalate where needed

Requirements

• Must be a serving corper ready to commit to a fully onsite role
• Have intermediate knowledge of content creation and social media management
• Very active on WhatsApp, comfortable managing groups
• Good communication & follow-up skills
• Organized — able to track multiple agents’ progress.
