    Community Management Executive

    The job exists to increase exposure and engagement of the organization through social media platforms to ensure the strategic positioning of the brand. The job also exists to support the lead generation activities of the organization.

    Job Responsibility

    • Develop, launch, and manage new campaigns that promote the organization’s brand.
    • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content at regular intervals (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
    • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer service experience.
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
    • Analyze data to determine the reach of social media campaigns.
    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
    • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels.
    • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
    • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
    • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer service experience.
    • Create periodic social media campaigns to identify and engage prospective clients.

    Qualification & Requirements

    • HND/BSc in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
    •  Minimum of 5 -10 years’ work experience in a similar role.
    •  Professional certification in Google Analytics is an added advantage.
    • Skills Required: Excellent copywriting skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Social Media Marketing, Project & Campaign Management Skills, SEO, keyword Research and Google Analytics, Business Acumen, Content Creation, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Livestreaming, Online Marketing Channels etc.
    • Knowledge Required: Content Management; Web design; Understanding of graphic design principles; User & Customer experience.
    • Industry & Market knowledge; Web optimization etc.

    Salary Range: N180,000 Net Plus Other Benefits
