We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to support the daily operations of our pharmacy. The Pharmacy Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to prepare prescriptions, assist customers, manage inventory, and ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
Receive and process prescriptions from customers and healthcare providers.
Answer customer questions and provide basic information on medication usage and health products.
Maintain inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and organizing shelves.
Label and package medications accurately.
Qualifications
OND / HND in Pharmacy Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or hospital setting.
Prior experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy (an advantage).
Basic knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical terminology.
