    Commercial Services Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and close new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
    • Develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
    • Act as the main contact for key corporate clients.
    • Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations.

    Qualifications / Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales, with proven experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage industry
    • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
    • Expertise in client relationship management and retention.
