Commercial Project Manager ( M / F / D ) at Julius Berger

What are your tasks?

• Review contracts related to invoicing and payments, bank guarantees, insurance, changes, claims and other financial and administrative matters
• Monitoring / audits of accounts payable for suppliers and subcontractors
• They work on all business tasks and support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Cost control and project reporting
• Stakeholder Management ( Customers, staff, municipalities, authorities etc. )

Job requirements

What do you bring with you?

• You have a completed commercial degree or a comparable training.
• You can have professional experience in commercial project management, ideally in the construction industry.
• You have very good spoken and written English skills.
• You also have a good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and a safe handling of common MS Office applications.
• Teamwork is yours; You are flexible and entrepreneurial in your thinking.
