Commercial Manager

Our client, a supply chain logistics service provider, is seeking to engage a qualified Customer Commercial Service Manager who will oversee projects and monitor plans to ensure deadlines are met,
projects stay within budget and work is up to standard.
Location: Apapa Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Responsibility:
- Establish and manage profitable client relationship geared towards revenue generation.
- Develop and implement excellent customer service processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage the relationship in terms of operational updates between KHL Operations and Clients.
- Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum of 5-6 years’ relevant experience
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or a relevant role
- Sound knowledge of Logistics Industry
