Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager at Cedarcrest Hospitals.
- The Commercial Manager will be responsible for business planning, commercial management, contract management, team management, and analytical skills.
- The role requires working closely with the organization's clinical team, finance department, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and recommend innovative solutions
- Proven experience in commercial management and business planning
- Exceptional team management skills to lead and guide a team of staff
- Expertise in contract management, preferably in a healthcare industry context
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
