    Commercial Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • ⁠Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to enhance the company's commercial presence.
    • ⁠Lead initiatives to secure new business partnerships and clients within the construction and technology sector.
    • ⁠Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and emerging trends.
    • ⁠Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • ⁠Understand client needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
    • ⁠Analyze commercial performance metrics and implement strategies for revenue optimization.
    • ⁠Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships.
    • ⁠Utilize market insights to guide business development strategies and decision-making.
    • ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to achieve overall business objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years cumulative experience in commercial management and business development within the construction or technology industry.
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and negotiating successful commercial agreements.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction technology trends and solutions.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
