    • You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and securing large-scale partnerships. This is a high-performance role: while the base salary is competitive, the real earning potential lies in the 2% commission on every project you successfully close.

    • Identify, pitch, and close new partnership opportunities within the developmental and private sectors.
    • Target & Win: Aggressively pursue funding and project opportunities. You will earn a 2% commission on the total value of any project you \"kill\" (successfully secure).
    • Develop commercial proposals that meet the rigorous standards of international donors and financial institutions.

    Stakeholder Management & Field Work

    • Travel frequently to project sites and partner locations across Nigeria to negotiate and finalize deals.
    • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and commercial banks or funding partners.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and long-term sustainability.

    Data & Reporting

    • Analyze sales performance and market data to identify trends.
    • Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts.
    • Utilize advanced Excel and data tools to report on pipeline progress to management.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Track Record (Non-Negotiable):

    • Project Delivery: Must have successfully delivered or closed projects/partnerships worth a combined total of at least ₦100 Million in the last 24 months.
    • Verification: You must provide verifiable references and evidence of previous work done. All claims regarding past project values will be strictly audited.

    Education & Experience:

    • Education: HND or BSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in Sales, Relationship Management, or Commercial Analysis.
    • Sector Experience: Must come from Developmental Partnerships (NGO) OR Commercial Banking.

    Technical Skills:

    • Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is mandatory.

    • Language:
      • Must speak Hausa fluently.
