Support the Sales and Marketing group with product trials, training, technical specification recommendation, colour matching.
To implement high quality standards and to support customers’ needs and provide necessary training for continuous improvement on overall productivity.
Responsible for vehicle audits/trials.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
To develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP's. To ensure process transactions are executed as per defined methods and communication system.
To implement the right process of product usage at customers site.
Conduct trials of new or existing products and support the Sales Team to WIN business. Provide necessary training to the customers personnel for continuous improvement on the usage of products and maintain food safety standards of the company.
Application Support will act as process owner for the Technical side of the business. Designing the application SOP of the range of products.
Detailed root cause study for any product variation and customer complaints and to submit report of the same to Management.
To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
To assess the various information tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
To perform other related duties or assignment as and when assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/ Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years would be needed in colour matching in a reputable auto assembly line.
Have experience of using auto refinish paint/ colour matching experience
Will be responsible for colour matching while painting cars with existing coating, provide technical support, training etc.
