This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Officer based in Lagos.
The Collections Officer will be responsible for reaching out to customers who have overdue loan payments, resolving payment issues, and updating customer information.
They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and payments and working closely with the finance team to ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years Debt collection and analytical skills
Customer service and communication skills
Finance knowledge and experience with payment processing systems
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in debt collection and customer service is a plus
