Coiled Tubing Supervisor/Operator at TeamAce Limited

Job Summary:

As our Coiled Tubing Supervisor/Operator you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of coiled tubing services, including rigging up/down, operation, safety, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment. As a Coiled Tubing Supervisor/Operator, you will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises and directs the activities of subordinate service operators and assistant operators during the equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job either CT; Nitrogen or Pumping. 
• Coordinates the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Provides input on individual performance levels of his/her subordinates providing on-the-job skills development to enhance job performance. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. 
• Ensure supervision of Coiled Tubing equipment operation.
• coordinates and directs the activities of service operators during the equipment rig up and rig down at the base or location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-12years of experience in coiled tubing operations.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in coiled tubing operations.
• Valid certification in Coiled Tubing Operations (e.g., API or other industry-recognized certification).
• H2S, First Aid, and CPR certifications are preferred.
