Coding Analyst

- We are seeking a detail-oriented Coding Analyst to support material master data management, inventory accuracy, and data quality initiatives across supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update material master data within ERP systems
- Review and classify material specifications accurately
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of coding and cataloguing processes
- Perform data cleansing and data quality improvement activities
- Resolve coding conflicts and master data discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and warehouse teams
- Maintain documentation and adherence to coding standards
- Support inventory and supply chain data management initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Material Master Data Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Operations
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP MM is an advantage
- Strong analytical, documentation, and data management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
