Coating Operator at Aquatix Pharmaceutical Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tablet coating equipment in accordance with approved SOPs.
• Prepare and handle coating solutions as specified in approved batch manufacturing records.
• Monitor critical coating parameters throughout the coating process.
• Ensure uniform coating and compliance with approved product specifications.
• Clean and maintain coating equipment and the manufacturing area.
• Record all production activities and report deviations to the appropriate supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical tablet coating.
• Practical knowledge of tablet coating processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with coating pan operation, coating solution preparation, and spray systems.
• Understanding of coating parameters, including inlet and outlet temperatures, spray rate, atomization pressure, and pan speed.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to maintain accurate production records and comply with quality standards.
